The ability to get your graphics in a short period of time. Buy one graphic or 100, but you shouldn't
have to wait to get that image you need now.
Many of our graphic images are available immediately on payment confirmation.
After confirmation - A "Download" Button is available to permit you to download your purchase.
Images are normally compressed in a "zipped" or compressed file. The shortens the download time.
Once the image is downloaded into a location on your hard drive, locate the image and decompress
the image. If you don't have a decompression tool, you can get one at www.winzip.com.
It's easy to decompress the file:
- Highlight the compressed file.
- Click the right mouse button.
- From the pop up menu - select "Extract Here"
- The image is uncompressed to same location Drive/folder.
If the graphic you purchased is not available for immediate download, an email message is sent to
the ArchAngel Software Product Support Staff. When the staff receives your order, they locate the
image and email it to you as an email attachment. Most orders are filled within 24 hrs, but please
allow us 48hrs to get the image to you.
Please ensure the email address submitted with your order will permit large attachments.
